Career Overview

The Designer Behind the Work
I’ve been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember, filling sketchbooks and experimenting with colors and shapes whenever I had free time. In school, that curiosity naturally extended to fonts, layouts, and designing presentations, which made me realize how much I enjoyed thinking about how things look and feel. In high school, I had the chance to take graphic design as part of my coursework, which opened the door to exploring design more seriously and even earning an associate’s degree through dual enrollment.
In college, I continued developing my skills while doing freelance portrait work, creating both digital illustrations in Illustrator and traditional paintings on canvas. Those experiences taught me patience, attention to detail, and how to tell a story through visual work.
Today, I work at WILL Interactive designing digital training programs for a variety of industries, from the Naval Academy to research labs and industrial companies. I also volunteer at my church, redesigning the website and creating marketing materials. I previously served as a board member and vice president.
Design is what I love to do. I enjoy exploring ideas, solving problems, and creating work that is both engaging and meaningful. Every project, whether it’s a digital product, a training program, or a community initiative, is an opportunity to bring creativity to life. Designing isn’t just my job, it’s my passion, and I find joy in the process of turning ideas into experiences that tell a story.
