ElevateU: Professional Soft Skills Training Program
For ElevateU, a professional soft skills training program, I wanted the visual tone to feel inviting, calm, and growth oriented. Soft skills can be sensitive to learn such as communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, so the experience needed to feel approachable rather than stiff or overly corporate.
I built the look around cool blue tones, which naturally signal trust, clarity, and calm. Those colors help lower the sense of pressure and make learners feel more open to reflection and self improvement. To support that feeling, I added cloud illustrations and a soft cityscape to create a sense of elevation, possibility, and forward movement. It subtly connects to the name ElevateU, while visually representing the idea of rising into better versions of ourselves.
The result is a training environment that feels professional but still warm, something that supports the introspective and human side of soft skills development instead of overwhelming it with harsh visuals or heavy corporate styling.

Button Animation
One of my favorite interface details in this program is the animated button I designed for the navigation. In its default state it shows a single arrow, but on hover it expands into three arrows that blink in a soft green.
The animation creates a clear, inviting cue to move forward without feeling overwhelming. It adds a sense of momentum, makes the interface feel more responsive, and helps guide users through the training in a way that feels natural and engaging.
